Set up your light in three small steps.
- Choose Neutral, Warm or Extra Warm under Screen settings.
- Open full screen and adjust your device brightness to suit your space.
- Position the screen in front of you, out of the camera frame. A second display, separate window or another device can be useful during a call.
This screen light needs no camera access. The warm white shades are visual presets, not measured color temperatures. Results depend on your screen and room lighting.

Can I use a white screen for Zoom lighting?
Yes, as an extra source of light. Keep your call visible in another window or on another screen. Full screen on the same display may cover the call interface.
Does warm light change the downloaded image?
No. Light tones change the preview and full screen only. The download panel shows the unchanged base color.
How do I leave full screen?
Press Escape or move your mouse or touch the screen to reveal Exit. Press F to toggle full screen when you are not typing in a field.
Does it work on phones and tablets?
Yes. If your browser cannot open true full screen, the color fills the browser window instead. Browser bars may remain visible. You can use portrait or landscape orientation.
Can this change my device brightness?
No. Screen dimming darkens the displayed color only. Use your device’s brightness controls to adjust the physical display.
What does Keep screen awake do?
When supported and allowed, it asks your browser to keep the display on while this page is visible. The status shows whether the request is active, released or unavailable. Battery settings and system behavior may override it.
